We will attempt a meeting on Wednesday, September 30th at 7:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion on Blackmarsh Road. The meeting will be held in the larger hall, in order to allow us adequate space for physical distancing. Masks are mandatory at all times. We fully understand if you are not comfortable attending in person, but would appreciate it if you could provide some feedback on a number of issues facing the Club as we move into the fall. Please contact either El Holmes or Eric Howlett with your questions, opinions, and concerns if you are unable to attend. Subjects up for consideration include:
1. Election of officers, Terra Nova Chapter
2. Janeway Telethon, scheduled for October
3. Dinner meeting, normally October
4. Santa Letter campaign
5. Christmas Luncheon at Clovelly, tentatively Decemnber 10th
6. Resumption of regular meetings
Your executive understands that under the current circumstances we all have very valid concerns about gatherings of any type. We will be at the Legion at the time indicated so that we can all decide how to proceed for the next few months. Please let us know what you think.
