Most Chapters produce a newsletter or President’s Letter to communicate periodically with members. This is critical in areas where members are widely dispersed. Most Chapters also have a telephone committee to get in touch with members quickly, when that is required. Keeping in touch by telephone is good for shut-in members and offers an opportunity for immediate feedback.Members also receive « The Heritage Club Magazine. »Some Chapters also hold regular informal get-togethers for cards, crafts, golf, etc. Keeping in regular contact with organizers of these activities, is another valuable way to keep in touch with members.
