2020 Pension Advisory Council election of retiree representatives
NEW VOTING DEADLINE: May 22, 2020
Voting kits were mailed on March 19, 2020 to eligible retirees of the pension plan. The kits include voting instructions, personal voting identification information, and the biographies of the candidates.
In order to accommodate all retirees who may be in quarantine or isolation, the voting period has been extended an additional four weeks and all votes must be cast electronically (online or by phone) or received by mail at the external audit firm before the new deadline of 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Friday, May 22, 2020.
Due to the higher-than-normal network usage during the current isolation period, you may experience technical difficulties with the telephone voting toll-free line. We encourage you to try again at a later time if this happens.
The elected candidates should be announced in June 2020.
